How do I get a hard copy of a shipment?

Please Note: Hard copies are usually available 24-48 hours AFTER delivery.
  1. Visit https://jetkc.com
  2. Click on "Hardcopies" from the menu.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Enter the HAWB you wish to retrieve (please do not use punctuation in your search, as our system does not recognize it). 
    1. You may use the wildcard symbol % to represent one or more characters on the left side of your search term. (e.g., entering %3456 will return 12345678). The search will auto-submit 4 seconds after you stop typing.
    2. A wildcard is automatically applied to the right side of your search term.
  5. When your bill number and any associated documents appear, click on the bill to either open it or save it.
